Anxiety relief

The only thing that works for me! I have terrible anxiety that runs in my family. It causes me to feel incredibly nervous with chest pain, but nothing calms me down except medication. I have tried various prescriptions, all with awful side effects. I tried SAM-e, which made me feel great but caused severe stomach pain, so I had to stop. I finally tried this as a last resort, and it keeps my anxiety manageable. My chest pains have disappeared, and I can cope with situations that used to make me hyperventilate. I take 2 in the morning, 2 at lunchtime, and 1 at around 5 p.m. Missing a dose makes me feel worse the following day. I experienced no side effects, and it started working on the first day. I highly recommend this over prescription medications.

Consult a doctor before taking it! I thought I could use St. John's Wort since I'm not on any SSRI medication, but I was mistaken. After taking a dose, I'm experiencing severe chest pain.

It depends on the severity of your condition. I took this for a couple of months to help with my depression. It helped me somewhat, but despite my aversion to big pharmaceutical companies, I ended up on prescription medication. The prescription meds had annoying side effects, so I recommend trying St. John's Wort first. If your depression is very severe, like mine was, then it’s best to see a doctor. There is a way to end your pain without ending your life – you just need a bit of help.

Excellent plant! I consistently use it for depression, anxiety, and muscle pain. This plant has been revered since ancient Greece for its medicinal properties, addressing a wide array of conditions while restoring not just physical health but also energetic, emotional, and mental wellbeing. I typically use 4 capsules a day and occasionally up to 6, and I've noticed substantial benefits. I've been using this since 2015, taking it for 3 to 4 months at a stretch and then resting for 1 to 2 months. I never stop using it!
